    Corporations have to be rethought. They have become hyper optimized (thank McKinseyBros) and are not able to adapt as rate of change in the environment increases.

    Recent story I heard from a well know corp strategy retreat, was the CEO basically telling the team the plan was to recite "don't think, don't think". That's literally how ants survive unpredictability in the environment. Ofcourse at high cost to individuals.
