    A few months ago, this[0] was signed between John Wiley and Sons and the Indian government. Wiley also includes the current leader in digital academic publishing. Every other big academic site is under Wiley, if a bit indirectly. Now, this article does not name Wiley, although I went over it very... diagonally, but I'd bet money Wiley is in there, too.

    Also Wiley was against (sorry, I don't know the legal jargon) Internet Archive for the book renting stuff, and Z-library, maybe... Repeated offender, flying very close to a monopoly, I'd say, but there are other more obvious and problematic monopolies that are still not being dealt with, out there...
