So they claim that the damage caused by cybercrime is 8.7% of global GDP (around $115T)? This is hardly believable.
Just look up the numbers for the supposed cost of software piracy every year
"Thwarting GDP" is an interesting economic angle. Damage, wars etc often increase GDP.
